At Happy Dog, we want you and your pup to love your new style, so we offer a flexible 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories. If your fit isn't quite right, we've made the exchange process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your label to ensure timely processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
